WHAT WE DO

Through advocacy, we prepare and equip our peers with the supportive environment to strategically advocate for equality and equity in lobbying and provision of SRHR services to the community.

Engagement with policy makers, law enforcement, legal service providers and peers to ease accessibility to legal services, fair hearings, inclusion in policies and equity to access to justice.

We do health referrals to health facilities that we have made partnerships with. Mostly these health service providers and facility are Key Population friendly and provide services at a free cost to help keep a health community free from infections and have controlled death prevalence among the communities we serve.

The organization promotes economic justice through training on stigma and discrimination elimination due to sexuality or job discrimination, pay equity, welfare reforms at work, human resource policies. Skills development activities in vocational and financial literacy schemes are conducted to better the livelihood of the peers to improve economic empowerment environment.

Through this service, by abiding to the data privacy policy, we document organization needs assessment project monitoring and evaluation to ensure proper implementation as part of capacity enhancement for partners and applying organization. We conduct research to ensure accurate data collection and identifying gaps that need attention for better development of minority movement with a steady mantra of "Nothing for Us, Without Us", inclusion and ground breaking.

Partnership development and network building being one of our objectives, we provide opportunities for mentorships, internship, trainings and workshops to partners and member organization to ensure there is sufficient knowledgeable workforce to promote proper project implementation and accountability transparence.
